      Pros

      The ability to work from home and maintain a clean and positive home/work environment. Company truly does care for their staff by offering support and work incentives. PTO is AMAZING.

      Cons

      Even though you have your co-wrokers(via chat) and you talk on the phone everyone day, it gets very lonely... I miss the work enviorment

      Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We miss seeing everyone, too. We’re all learning that it's super important to strike the right balance between the benefits of remote work and the benefits of making friends out of colleagues when we work in person. To combat loneliness or feelings of isolation, we encourage all associates to participate in many different virtual activities, like chair yoga or lunchtime trivia. Also, our Yammer social groups and diversity groups are very active and a great way to interact with colleagues outside of meetings. Some groups have even gathered in person to volunteer or enjoy a happy hour. We care deeply about the health and wellness of our associates. Our generous PTO policy reflects the trust and confidence in our people and the importance we place on a good work/life balance. It’s great to hear that you are enjoying that benefit!

There is so much opportunity to improve the healthcare industry—billions of dollars in waste each year—so there’s a lot of great work to do. But to continue to be a leader in our space and meet the evolving demands of the industry and our customers, we needed to adopt a companywide growth mindset. We have made several positive changes to get us there over the past few months. These changes include welcoming new and experienced leaders to our executive team, building out new processes throughout the organization to scale with our growth, and introducing a personalized learning platform to support and promote skill training and professional development.
