Pros

Onboarding remotely was done extremely well! Every team I've interacted with has been helpful and collaborative. It shows how much the team is invested in not only their work, but the company's vision and mission.

Cons

Some processes are not documented, but that is easily combatted by initiating conversations with involved teams and proactively learning.

Teams are like a family, very supportive and hard workers. Availity has tons of talent and always there to teach and help each other.

Thank you for taking the time to write your review and for the positive comments on our flexibility with scheduling and remote work. Favoritism is not a behavior we encourage at Availity. We do recognize and look to associates for their strengths, and not every associate shares the same strengths—that’s part of the diversity that makes us a great place to work. We do, however, have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Whereby our annual bonus is in line with the strength of our performance in a given year. If we struggled in a given year and our colleagues needed to do extra to help us, a manager could very well allow that to be reflected in our Bonus payouts. Since you are still with us, we strongly encourage you to have a conversation with your manager or with your HR business partner.
