      Verbally blasted me for communicating with hiring manager via LinkedIn? Lack of clear communication by hiring leadership. Very vague about current issues to be resolved by new position. Previous leaders left unexpectedly? BIG red flag, never fully answered.

      Pros

      Company invests in its employees. There are some really good people. Salaries are competitive.

      Cons

      There is a constant fear that you could lose your job at any time if you cross the wrong person. Limited appetite for disagreement that could lead to better work outcomes.

      Pay is the only incentive in my opinion.

      No career advancement or exposure to technology as agreed during interview, Manager from another dept and ran new one based on same concepts, Buddy system in Florida head office rules, Long-time employees in FL seem threatened by technical questions from Dallas, Lack of adequate response from HR on ergonomic issues, Senior level employees not respected by HR & management
