Pros
I don't think there is such a thing as a "perfect company", but Availity is perfect for me at this time in my career. I feel that Availity pays above market, they have provided me with opportunities to train and further my skills, they have a bonus structure that is competitive and more importantly, they pay out. It's a nice work environment/facility. I really feel that the majority of the Senior Leadership, Managers and Employees not only care about the success of the company, but they care about their teams. There is a good work/life balance. I work hard while I am in the office and on as needed basis from home, but for the most part my evenings and weekends are spent doing what I want to do and not in front of my laptop.
Cons
Not enough "great" managers. They have a lot of smart people that work at Availity, but smart does not necessarily translate to being a great manager. I feel that when I speak with employees, they understand what their role is and what they need to accomplish, but not sure everyone is pulling in the same direction and that comes more from a leadership level.
