      Pros

      - Everyone is eager to help - Lots of opportunity for growth and advancement - Very happy and ethical people - Information share and employee interaction is much better than most companies - Still has employee gatherings and other perks that most companies have eliminated - Treats employees with dignity and respect

      Cons

      - Fast pace that is not for under-performers - Going through growing pains one would expect for a company at their growth stage - Some programs and processes still need maturing

      Pay is the only incentive in my opinion.

      Cons

      No career advancement or exposure to technology as agreed during interview, Manager from another dept and ran new one based on same concepts, Buddy system in Florida head office rules, Long-time employees in FL seem threatened by technical questions from Dallas, Lack of adequate response from HR on ergonomic issues, Senior level employees not respected by HR & management

      Lots of opportunity, business is growing, great space. A lot of people have a lot of knowledge and experience of the industry. Great people. Fun, hard working, fair.

      Who you know at the senior level is very important Decision making is unclear
