      Very flexible, there are so many knowledgeable folks to learn from, many opportunities to be cross-functional

      Cons

      There's no set career path, nor is there a good understanding of where you can go from many of the positions.

      Could be worse, could be better

      Pros

      Good pay. And the company tries to engage with its employees. It invests back into itself. Very flexible. They believe in technology. Top computers, systems, and network. Great benefits such as company picnic, Christmas party, food for working lunches, and game room.

      Cons

      You can learn a lot if you are under the right people or part of the right team. Some teams have great training for not only at Availity but tools for your career. Other teams will give you busy work because they don't have time to train you. This place is very political. Advice to new hires: suck up to the right manager and you get everything! Do your job, and you will be in the train to keep your job with small pay increases but never be challenged.
