You have very dependable people that work hard to CONSTANTLY improve and do things better. I like how I can go to anyone with any issue from entry position employees right to our leadership with anything that I want to talk about. Our clients are confident in what we do and what we can do. We always come through and we take responsibility for everything that we do. Technology -- there's nothing more amazing then seeing developers work hard and get new products and enhancements pushed out -- there's always somebody there to back everyone up. There's so much room to grow, there's so much to learn everyday. We're a huge company with small business values. This is a place you want to be at every single day and you'll be happy that you're there because you make a difference everyday.
Cons
I have all of these dress shirts before I started and I don't have to wear them to work everyday!! Haha, seriously though there is always something to complain about anywhere you go -- but here if I complained about something it would just be fixed as soon as possible. Everybody works together and common goals are always shared no matter what department you're in.
