      The people are great to work with and the company is fairly innovative considering the industry they support.

      Cons

      It's still healthcare. The work can be challenging and not for everyone.

      Very open and friendly culture, onboarding experience was the best I've ever had.

      Lots of moving pieces - takes a while to figure things out.

      Collaborative teams with strong business acumen, and a strong focus on work hard/play hard work life balance.

      Cons

      Everyone will have their own thoughts on this, but I honestly can't think of anything I would change.
