      Growing Pains

      Pros

      The ability to work with some smart people, facilities are nice, standup desks, decent hardware, daily food trucks, and discounted self-service cafes on each floor.

      Cons

      Weak senior leadership that isn't held to the same standards as the rest of the workers. The environment can be cliquish with people that have been there for 8 or more years. Poor hiring lately with people that are not qualified for their roles, this puts more work on others which doesn't help when meeting corporate goals. Benefits are not that great and have gone up again this year. More layoffs are probably coming.

      Betrayed and cruel

      Great team!!! The clients and payers you get to work with. Many become true friends

      Cons

      How they end of betraying the employees who work to make the company better. The CEO brags about himself and could learn how to ne humble. Who cares about all the materialist things you have. You're a joke to many.

      We take business decisions that affect our employees very seriously; regularly examining the alignment of roles, processes and company priorities to meet market opportunities. We continuously improve, and sometimes that changes the nature of our work. When we have to say goodbye to our colleagues we do it with respect and appreciation for the contributions they made and wish them well in their next stop in their career journey.

      Pros

      The work we do is making a difference in the cost and quality of healthcare by enabling accurate, fast information and data. Nice people who are really smart, care about each other and genuinely want to make a difference. Great pay and benefits. I'm proud to work here.

      Cons

      We move fast because our industry has so many challenges and is undergoing a lot of change. We use our expertise to make access to healthcare information less cumbersome. You need to be smart and good at what you do.
