      Pros

      Good market opportunity for growth. Smart and passionate people looking to make a difference for clients. Availability of resources is good.

      Cons

      Lack of discipline to stick to priorities and short term strategies, not to mention long term priorities and strategies. Frequent restructuring attests to the lack of patience and discipline to see things through. Culture of fear and mistrust of leadership team.

      Smoke and mirrors abound.

      Pros

      FL based company and exposure to some health plans. Very hard and challenging company objectives that deliver real value to customers.

      Cons

      Fragmented culture and massive disconnect between senior leadership, sales, product management, technology delivery, and the many office locations. Consistent opportunities here, but usually urgent, last minute requests at the end of the year.

      Bright future, but some real problems

      Pros

      Smart people, generally good management in Indianapolis and Jacksonville.

      Cons

      Your job is a popularity contest no matter how good you are. Leadership in Dallas is terrible.
