-The company's response to Covid-19 has been amazing both from the business side and personal side. Availity truly cares about the people that work here, the communities we live and work in, and our customers. -I think the HR Department has continued to improve on its own internal culture which has made a better impact for the rest of the company and the associates with communication, transparency, benefit improvements, support, and more. -I appreciate that the leadership team is transparent, especially for a company our size -I am happy to see the creation of new D&I teams being formed and making an impact on the company

Cons

Not really a con more just a realistic picture comment - the company has big goals so there is a lot of work to be done. You should not be bored here.

I love working at Availity! They truly value their employees and the growth potential is tremendous. Everyone’s input is important and valuable, even newer employees like myself, which is extremely rare in my experience. Work life balance isn’t just something they talk about, it’s something they believe and encourage.
