Through our Availity Client Services team, we are able to hire associates with little-to-no healthcare experience and provide them with foundational training for a successful career in healthcare. There are so many Client Services associates who have moved onto other Availity teams with great success stories of growth and longevity here at Availity. While learning the ropes can take time, we have people in place to support our new client service associates when they need help assisting callers.
