We continually hear positive feedback about our culture, nourished by our associates like you every day! Availity is a very competitive employer. When we consider compensation, we encourage associates to look at the whole picture, and salary is a significant factor in the total rewards package. But we encourage associates to also look at benefits (health, dental, prescription, and vision), unlimited PTO for exempt associates, generous PTO for non-exempt, 401K contributions, wellness programs, workplace culture, recognition, work/life balance, career development and fulfillment, diversity and inclusion programs, giving back to our communities, and more. We encourage you to speak with your manager about any specific salary concerns. There is a chance that they may not be aware that this is an issue for you. Our leaders take transparency very seriously and provide quarterly updates through our All-Associate Meetings to share how the company is performing against our strategic objectives. Our CEO also distributes a weekly Friday email with updates on various topics. We appreciate your feedback, so please talk with your manager about areas where you don’t feel informed—there’s a good chance that information is readily available.

We are very proud of our culture and total rewards programs, so it’s always good to see those on the list of pros. You, and the rest of our Client Service associates, are the heart of our organization--talking with our clients day-in and day-out. While most of our clients are grateful for the assistance, we know it isn’t always easy. That’s why we offer comprehensive training and encourage associates to network with colleagues and their supervisors through Teams chat throughout the day. Some supervisors even host trivia contests and bingo games to keep things light and break up the day. If you have other suggestions, please pass them along to your supervisor. Again, thank you for your comments. We’re so glad to have you on the team.
