We don't have just one strong personality in the C-suite; we have several strong leaders—all aligned around Availity’s mission to improve the healthcare experience in the United States. Availity is not the same company we were six years ago, and that's a good thing! To grow and remain competitive, Availity must evolve. Is change easy? No. Change is hard as associates become more empowered in their areas and more accountable in their roles.
