Pros

Some of the nicest people. Great PTO.

Cons

Culture is being destroyed by a select few people in the C-suite who are toxic and treat the place like their personal sandbox. Seriously, one has a "list" of people who made them mad, and usually these people end up gone within 6 months. Turnover is constant at that level as they can't get along. Favoritism - The same people get promoted over and over and over again. Lack of ownership - everyone tries to pass off their work to someone else.

Availity offers several different health benefit options to meet the diverse needs of our associates. Our benefits team works extremely hard each year to put together these packages, and they welcome your feedback. Please reach out to your HR business partner to share your thoughts on any improvements or enhancements. As a continuous improvement organization, Availity is continually working to progress. When broad changes occur, we provide numerous communications, All Associate Meetings, and Town Halls leading up to any significant announcements. We realize the change is hard for associates, but it’s necessary to keep Availity on track to stay ahead in this complex healthcare industry. Pros

The Executive Leadership Team are very transparent with the rest of the company. They seem to care about the 'why' behind our company and employee satisfaction. Overall a good company to work for.

Cons

Going through a large reorganization with a lot of changing positions, managers and work. This isn't necessarily a con for me, as I feel it's important for company growth but wanted to mention it as change is difficult for some.
