      Micromanagement, short breaks and lunches, very high call volume, difficult to promote within, as management has their first picks/favorites.

Call volume at Availity varies, and it can sometimes get busy. Our Client Support Specialists serve a critical function as they assist and delight our customers daily. While the role may be challenging, it can also be a rewarding experience to help our customers solve problems. Promotions happen regularly at Availity, and they are based on associate performance; hiring from within is something we love to do. Neither micromanagement nor nepotism is tolerated at Availity.
