The unlimited PTO that starts on day one and being able to work remotely helps each associate find that healthy work-life balance we all crave. Availity is a continuous improvement organization constantly working to speed our path to innovation. For the past few months, we have had several communications and Town Halls with associates to talk about what change means to the organization. This transformation took place across the enterprise to streamline processes and focus on delivering value at every level to our customers.
