      Any “cons” are normal at any emerging technology company. Ie. Shifting priorities, customer demands vs tech debt etc.

      Pros

      I am a new employee. I've only been w the company 2 months. It is such a pleasure to be with a company that is growing. The teams are clearly high performing and still fun. The collegiality is real. The company clearly values its associates. Internal IT support is excellent. Extra-curricular communities are vibrant. It is not difficult to find 'the person' who can help lend expertise. Meeting culture is brief, as needed, and very productive.

      Cons

      The pace and scale of work feels chaotic. It seems they have a lot of different tools and applications that do the same thing. Flexibility is nice; but standardizing the processes may suffer. ~ Could just be due to the newness.
