To delight our customers, we strive to balance immediate customer needs with long-term operational goals. Finding this balance requires flexibility in our priorities; we are fortunate to have that level of agility as an organization. Our IT teams work hard to provide outstanding services to our clients and associates. Given the complicated nature of our industry, this is a challenging job. They offer training, facilitate system upgrades, and provide 24/7 support services to keep us running smoothly. Availity’s IT team has regulations they must follow to protect Availity, our associates, and our customers.       Pros

      So far I have really been enjoying my time at Availity for the following reasons: - The work is really interesting and complex - The people are very intelligent, helpful, and resourceful - The company provides great flexibility for work/life balance - From my experience thus far, it seems as though the work processes are fairly well-defined and well-documented, which is very helpful, especially for new employees

      I do not have any major drawbacks to report, just a couple of things that I believe are already being reviewed/addressed: - Employee feedback suggested that the compensation may be slightly behind the market - Due to company growth (which is a good thing) there have been some process changes and shuffling around of team members and everyone is trying to adjust to all the changes
