And we have many wonderful managers who create space for associates to innovate and thrive while offering guidance and resources to help them along their development journey. Healthcare is complex and can be challenging to learn for those that aren’t familiar with the industry. But it’s not impossible, and Availity Client Services is a great place to start. We offer new associates tiered training to help them learn the business over time. We also work to get our Client Services Representatives to assist clients as soon as possible—it’s the best way to learn. By helping our clients, new associates quickly feel valued and connected to their work. Availity works hard to be a competitive employer when it comes to compensation and benefits. We also have our Milestones program in this department, which allows associates to receive incremental increases through their first year for high performance. Availity has been recognized as a Best Place to Work™ certified company for Technology, Women, and Millennials. We are sorry to learn that your time with us was stressful.
