Thank you for taking the time to provide a review. Availity does offer some great benefits, and the ability to work from home has provided many of our staff a welcome work/life balance. We are sad to hear that you felt the culture was toxic and that favoritism was taking place. We pride ourselves on having an open and inclusive work environment where we value our associates’ contributions and voices. While we have many long-term associates with deep connections, playing favorites is not in our DNA. We regularly recognize outstanding achievements, but everyone at Availity is to be held to the same high standards regardless of who they are. It’s that consistency that strengthens our culture. Many thanks for this 5-star review. We offer some great benefits that our associates enjoy, especially our remote work environment, which has helped many find the work-life balance we all crave. Our managers go the extra mile to stay connected with their direct reports in this remote environment. The door is always open for collaboration through Zoom or chat.
