Pros

Perceived 'fun' corporate culture is big.

Cons

Disorganized, disjointed leadership and business units. Constantly running from one fire to the next without solid vision for future. Issues and problems with both personnel and products are continually pushed under rug and ignored because focus is on other areas and managers don't want to deal with it. Very frustrating place to work if you care about the quality of your product.

Pros

Great People, Used to be a great culture, great company.

Cons

Your manager will singlehandedly make or break your experience here. Managers are by and large-first time managers. Little OR poor training. Many are incessant micro-managers. Poor pay. Lots of lip service from HR.

Pros

Decent coworkers, but the vast majority are less than 5 years in the company.

Cons

Toxic office politics and many of the top talent and industry experiences have left the company or been dismissed. Company culture is dead and US employees work like they are next on the chopping block. What was a well-oiled machine is now a house on fire. The overly used corporate talk of being built of the back of gaints and going "global" really means we're getting rid of the people who built our great machine and giving it to cheaper workers who know very little of what they've been handed.
