It was honestly soo bad. So stressful. Constantly changing goals. And so many layoffs. Its going downhill fast

- Great colleagues - Fully remote opportunities - Summer Fridays - Christmas to New Year closure

Cons

- Pay is below industry average - Unclear promotion pathway and promotion outcomes are not communicated prior to department announcement. No effort to actually help staff get promoted - Bonuses are theoretical and never given - High staff turnover - Little effort to include remote workers - Morale is very bad
