Pros

There are competent, good people there.

Cons

The management level is occupied largely by incompetents who blame everyone but themselves for poor performance. They keep throwing stuff at you piecemeal, and I've seen departments simply refuse to take projects from managers because the managers didn't bother to consider anyone's workload or schedule.

I was surprised to see this feedback. Firstly because the business is performing very well and secondly because one of the things we pride ourselves in is a ‘no-blame’ culture. I cannot claim that management don’t make mistakes, but I can say that we have a long-serving and highly experienced management team who I believe care greatly about the teams with whom they work. I can also say that I am personally available to talk to anyone who feels that they have had a negative experience at Fishawack (preferably before they leave but also afterwards). Please feel free to reach out to me or if you prefer to talk to our HR team, then please contact them on HR@fishawack.com. Oliver Dennis Chief Executive Officer

The staff are not valued

Pros

Location of offices are all nice, social events organised on occasion for staff. Annual promotions for most members of staff due to overwhelming workload so there are constant ways to show development even though that in itself is a negative.

Cons

110% all the time. No one takes their full lunch or finishes on time and it feels scorned if you do. People are pushed out the company if they are not able to break their backs either due to family commitments or health problems. Definitely a company that churns you up and out and would replace any staff without sentiment or a second thought. Manic all the time and staff are on constant burn out more.

Pros

Growing company, excellent benefits, able to Manage Day to Day Operations of the office with minimal supervision; global company growing at a good expansion rate.

Cons

Small office of eight staff; decided to close Horsham office after 18 months.
