The programme is very well structured, and the HR team are extremely supportive, they make sure you have everything you need to feel comfortable and set up for success in your role. Having three rotations across different parts of the business is a fantastic opportunity, as it allows you to experience a variety of roles and identify where your strengths and interests lie. There is also a good level of autonomy and ownership from early on.

Cons

The office can feel quite quiet at times, and there could be more organised social opportunities, both in and outside of the office, to help strengthen connections across teams..
