Pros

The best (& smartest) people i've ever met work here. There's a ton of opportunity for growth. The leadership is full of men and woman both willing and open to mentorship. Because there are so many opportunities, they work with you to make sure you're in the right fit. Leadership is genuine. I truly feel like every boss I've had wants me to grow and succeed.

Cons

You'll never be the smartest person in the room. With many companies coming together processes are still getting worked out. Requires flexibility and willingness to change platforms you're used to.

Avalere Health Response

We’re going through an integration of businesses. That means disruption. I have communicated through Workplace our vision to create a business made up of specialist teams that can pull together as one integrated unit. This will be the first year in which we have all migrated to the new integrated approach under the Fishawack Health brand on a common infrastructure with integrated processes. I am not aware of other organisations that have this same ambition. We are setting objectives now for the next fiscal year and in March we will for the first time share our 3:1 vision as an integrated business (i.e. 3 year goals, 1 year goals) together with objectives broken down by business unit and function. We may not yet have reached our final state (no business ever does) but our commitment to transparency with our teams is second to none. Please pass on the message that any staff member can discuss our ambitions and challenges with any of the Exec Leadership Team at any time. I do agree that the ‘people and their happiness’ is key.
