Without understanding the specifics of new hires leaving the organization, I can share that we strive to make our onboarding, training and development, mentorship, and culture as productive and meaningful as we can. However, we do understand Avalere Health might not be the right organization for everyone. We support our employees in their career choices, even when they feel this isn’t the right company for them and encourage everyone to do what’s best for their individual careers.
Our business, like most across our industry, has faced a challenging climate this year, which can result in having to go through some layoffs. We must ensure our current business is set up with the right talent as we continue to propel our agency forward through change and growth.
Lastly, employee development is an important focus in fostering career growth and advancement. We manage our goal-based reviews on a quarterly cycle, to encourage and promote continuous development. This ensures our merit cycles are linked to performance and promotions.
