People/culture. I've been here for 9 years and came to Fishawack through an acquisition. There are tons of opportunities for people who are vocal about their goals and are eager to grow their skill sets. Because we are so large, there are lots of different teams/projects and the variety helps keep things feeling fresh. We have the stability of a large company but maintain a small company feel within our teams. Really no complaints!

Fishawack has recently completed a rebranding and reorganization – the individual companies are partnering together and it has created tons of opportunities for career growth and development. Also important to highlight is the growing and brilliant HR/Talent Management group that is relentless in finding not just the most talented people but also those that fit with us culturally. I appreciate that we just aren’t filling seats – the right “person” matters as much as their talent. With regard to the COVID universe we now work in Fishawack has provided practically unfettered work schedule flexibility to the staff in order to accommodate all of the challenges that face our families. We have also been provided a multitude of mental-health surveys and programs to help those who need additional support. Our medcomms group has seen tremendous growth over the past year adding clients and colleagues…I feel confident about future professional success.
