-Amazing co-workers and such a great department team to be a part of -Interesting and a vastly growing industry -Very approachable staff, no matter where they are in the company/world -Relaxed working environment -Some good career progressions/opportunities and developments throughout the company

- Flexible working with great approach to work-life-balance - Approachable and generally friendly senior management - Friendly teams that work well together - Lovely culture that has stayed the same even though the company is expanding significantly - Increasing career opportunities due to growth across the group of companies - Interesting and growing industry - Opportunities to travel across the company / global offices

Cons

- Salaries could be better / more competitive (culture does offset this slightly)

Fishawack offers.. 1. A positive and enthusiastic outlook to work/life balance 2. Warm and friendly staff contributing to a home from home working environment 3. Inspiring and motivational management 4. An interesting and varied work load... it's never dull 5. Lots of treats around the office!

Cons

Managing growth comes with its challenges but Fishawack are continously streamlining processes to maintain internal staff satisfaction :)
