      Everyone is friendly, lots of scope for different types of work. They've recently increased annual leave and salary after feedback from staff surveys.

      Very corporate, especially since the introduction of a new US CEO.

      Managers are helpful, and a culture of openness helps everyone feel at ease. In addition, the company is committed to mental health and well being and have a great work-life balance and flexibility.

      The senior company leadership is mainly white and lacks diversity. Pay could be better
