*Was 4 stars when I joined and now it’s a 1. *Company values are just a marketing tagline. *Removed well respected DEI leadership team. *No pay increases, even in promotions, unless you’re a favorite. *No transparency from management or senior leadership. *Obvious office politics. Favoritism and ego stroking needed for advancement, but also to keep your job. *Layoffs every few months, including high performing major contributors. No warning. No tact. No logic. *Job security is a thing of the past. Afraid to lose my job. Team says I’m critical but my boss is clueless and doesn’t seem to value or like me. So my days are probably numbered. *Play the game or you are done. But you might still be done anyway.
