The way employees “disappear” is concerning

Where do I begin - incompetence across the board. Avalere once use to be an pharma agency with a lot of great creative work to it now being a grayscale conglomerate - Leadership is lackluster, as is HR, RM, and more. Some of the star employees and changemakers had either voluntarily quit or suddenly “disappeared” from the organization. This started happening in 2023 and has been a continuous downward spiral since. Nepotism is allowed, voicing concerns is not, DEI is a facade

Most employees can work from home, and benefits are fairly good.

Cons

Work/Life balance is nonexistent for many. Communication from leadership is confusing and contradictory from what other leaders might share. Changes to management seem to happen constantly, with little to no communication about why these changes are happening.
