Fully remote/very flexible and understanding about WLB Very interesting work and great client relationships

Cons

Avalere Health is really struggling to integrate all of its companies. We also haven't gotten bonuses in awhile which is tough for morale and turnover.

Amazing people, remote work, lots of opportunity

Pros

The people are incredibly intelligent, welcoming and always willing to help. The training I've received from my colleagues has been amazing and my team's are always supportive. Also remote flexible work allows for a good work-life balance.

Cons

Often there is a lot of work and a push to do as much as possible in as little time as possible. This often leads to overworked individuals working unpaid overtime. There have also been lots of changes to the company and lots of people leaving which has left an unsettling feeling. So far this does not seem to have affected medical.
