Associate empowerment, concern for employees well being, extensive training, Company name is awesome leverage on your resume. Very easy to feel apart of a team effort, investment in a long term career. You are always in the know about company progression and performance.

Cons

It's about who you know, not pure talent. Associate advancement is mapped out months in advance, so if you are not on the current road map your turn will pass. If you are not a suck up, promotions may not come as easy.

Money is money and if you are there they will pay you. Also you get your Oshawa 30 and first aid certificate

Cons

The construction side is oblivious to corporate structure. Signing up here requires sighting away your home life. If you don't like your wife or family this is your dream job.

-great environment with great coworkers. -new pay structure is competitive however it's very driven. -opportunities come up with the company growing so rapidly. -love what I do

No direct cons. Love the company and people I currently work with. However I would say that some managers are a-holes!
