Pros

-growth opportunities onsite and in the corporate office -benefits package for those who can receive them -the overall culture of the company; however, covid has affected the amount of time we can spend together with group training and "awards ceremonies."

Cons

The company is implementing many new initiatives to make the job for onsite staff easier but is doing the opposite. The new answering services and door lock app has had several troubleshooting issues, most times leaving onsite staff to deal with disgruntled residents. Most of the leaders in corporate have not worked onsite in years or ever, which is evident with the lack of communication and implementation of several new systems and fees at once. The bonus structure has changed several times in the past two years, causing a decrease in commission pay.

We take pride in hiring the best people in the industry! However, we also understand that even though we hire great associates, we have to keep those associates happy. The changes we have implemented are designed to provide more flexibility for our customers and our associates. However, we also know that it may take some time for everything and everyone to adjust. There have definitely been some challenges and we never want our associates to feel stressed about changes.
