The company has lofty core values but our upper and regional management do not base their actions on these values. We have many quality initiatives with shiny promotional materials but no practical training or guidance and no follow up. We lack definitive policies and procedures and we receive conflicting instructions at every turn. In our facility we have a lack of respect for all employees. The DNS and ED see everyone as subordinate.

I work 105 hrs in 2 weeks was told I didn't work enough to be tired. Also was refused being able to call in due to child illness. Not to mention I had put in a transfere gave then 2 weeks my husband moved and got a job were we were transfering and then all of a sudden I needed to give 4 weeks notice. Then I finally quite and got a phone call saying they not longer had a position for me to transfer to.. health insurance is rediculious. Management sucks they are suppose to cover call ins and refuse to. Do not recomend unless u want to work ur but off for nothing
