      You have a opportunity to learn a lot from industry leaders. Everyone is very helpful and willing to help.

      Cons

      Accenture projects are a little tedious and tend to run quite long. Hours are long. The mentality is to get your work done no matter how long it takes. Pay is under par, competeing offers are easily 10-15% higher

      1. Free Microsoft certification exams 2. Free access to good training materials 3. Great people who were all put in a really bad situation.

      Cons

      1. No work life balance. Expected to work 100% of the time even when not on call. 2. Encouraged to work "overtime" for training to get certified and then punished for doing too much even with certification progression to show for it.
