      They work with your schedule and allow you to self schedule for the most part.

      Cons

      Not enough resources and staffing levels can be very stressful. High turnover rate.

      Pros

      The only pro here would be that they are willing to hire new grads and ee all know that new grads need their foot in to start they profession.

      Cons

      Not a safe place to work at. Especially if they're not percepting/training properly. The employees are over worked often exceeding there nurse to patient ratio and under payed.
