Pros

Really great co-workers. If you're willing to learn, they're willing to teach. Straight out of college I felt that I gained a really valuable foundation. Treat you like a human. Free lunches, free turkey for thanksgiving, flexible OT, good benefits and you can take time off whenever.

Cons

Each lab can be a little standoffish when it comes to helping other labs get their work done, especially on OT. There is frequently mandatory OT. Some labs have better workers than others.... each of the shifts can complain about the others being less efficient.

Only for those that have shares and will be around with the transaction is done.

Cons

Employees have unknown future with the company. No job security as they continually eliminate positions to save cost and increase EBITDA.

Pros

People are great. Management from the plant level and down are also good. Decent pay and life balance.

Cons

Corporate. Short sighted goals. Never thinks things through. Poor implementation and execution. 7 CEOs in 4 years. Recently gutted the benefits and included a non compete clause in the severance package of the average worker.
