AVATAR Partners produces cutting-edge training materials incorporating Multimedia, Augmented and Mixed Reality. The rare few who can overcome the challenges and deliver quality products will be rewarded in numerous ways. Ignore the haters. I'm happy to remain at AVATAR for as long as I can make meaningful contributions.

Cons

Most of AVATAR's projects are challenging, demanding, and not everyone is up to the task. During my years at AVATAR I've seen many people come and go--some on good terms, others not so much.

Cons

The cons that come to mind are growing pains experienced by a typical small business. Those coming from a large company may find that they have to take on more responsibility than they may be used to. I would not recommend AVATAR to anyone that is not a self starter, that is not willing to take on more responsibility to ensure the overall success of the company, or anyone that does not thrive in a team environment with a fast pace.
