They use secret shoppers to rate their service, however the location I worked at I was sometimes the only person on the floor at times, and when it got busy it was hard to give everyone as much attention as needed to get a good score on the secret shopper reviews.

Changes took place in the company in which new people hired were paid less and bonuses were removed. Started to heavily micro-manage to the point it was unreasonable. Brought in a company hire to our location as a plant to monitor how the store was being managed during a leave of absence by our manager. Not sure if this was across the board with all locations but it was like this at ours.
