Nice Coworkers, good ground level employees.

Cons

- Must be a part of the upper echelon clique to advance. - C Suit and upper level management have all been replaced by people who do not care about relationships or have any working knowledge of the industry in which they operate. - Top down rot. - New ownership structure/strategy and leadership likely to destroy company from within - Mass exodus of tenured and experienced workers in major departments. - Devoured by DEI - Locks you in at initial pay rate then blocks advancements and does not adjust wages for cost of living. - Onboarding is a joke - Overwok and highly underpaid - Lowest pay in industry far below market average. - Lies on performance reviews to justify staffing decisions
