      Pros

      They do seem to have a mission and care about the patients and their employees.

      Cons

      Advancement can be tough, they don't weigh internal promotion as much as other places over hiring externally. As well as the fact that the healthcare industry seems to be cutting costs everywhere right now, and that starts with employees.

      The employees of Avera are very supportive and the Company wants you to succeed. There are opportunities for in-house education and advancement. The pay is under the national average but the environment makes up for it.
