Pros
Stays up to date with most current healthcare trends for size of the state and amount of patients it cares for.
Cons
Pay is on the lower size and no rate increases at annual reviews. Management is not always qualified for their role and tends to move up within their department, has favorites and doesn't treat all employees fair. Insurance is very expensive to part time employees.
