      Pros

      Very good management. Staff is very helpful and friendly. I worked as a Patient Care Partner and loved everything about my job. My co-workers were the best and management was always around and ready to help out where needed. I would recommend this hospital to everyone, whether it's someone looking for a job or someone needing medical attention.

      I have no cons. I thoroughly enjoyed my job.

      Pros

      I love Avera QOP as a place to work. The best part is you are heard if there is a problem. I am amazed at the response.

      Cons

      I am not sure there is any. Well the training is long and some of it is . . . pointless. The good part is that most is online.

      Co-workers and mission of the hospital.

      Cons

      Management and benefits. Only 6 paid holidays and they don't recognize Easter as a Holiday even though they are a Catholic Hospital!
