      Great clients but employees ..bleh

      Pros

      The clients are loyal. The pay is ok. Massage staff is awesome and often times sway away from the rest of employees.

      Cons

      Office drama and politics sometimes get in the away. Even you work there, you must pay membership to work out. The pay should be a little more higher. Morale is often effy.

      Excellent Physicians and Nurses Overall a safe place to work

      Cons

      Lack of respect for Physicians and Nurses by hospital administration. To many administrators, confusion regarding their individual duties. Administration asks for input, anything less than positive input ignored, or argued about, not ever addressed. Duties promised for new employees, often do not translate into the du.ties worked. Lack of transparency by administration, little input asked for by employees.

      Hours/days, benefits, supervisors are readily available if you need help, majority of coworkers are easy to get along with but there's always that one person...

      Cons

      Using PTO for "paid" holidays, overtime not allowed, too many meetings, filing, a lot of filing, reports, reports, reports
