      A very friendly, almost family-like, work environment. They create a great work atmosphere.

      Cons

      Not a big con, but they are a religious organization. However, they are very inclusive of everyone.

      Pros

      Good work-life balance and decent benefits, great colleagues and mostly good management.

      Cons

      Comparatively low pay, little room for growth, went through a period of lots of layoffs and reorganizing which was demoralizing and led to me taking on more work with no compensation. When asking for a wage adjustment to account for increased responsibilities, was warned it would be a bureaucratic slog that could take up to a year for a response - just awful.
