Remote work. But other than that none.

Cons

Horrible management. Absolutely no training provided. No communication between team or management, everyone is under stress and they have contracts with temp agencies since people constantly quit or get terminated.

Opportunity for growth. Friendly down to earth people you work with. Equipment is efficient.

Cons

Minimal structure and organization. It’s about who you know to be considered for management, not how well versed you are in the role. Training was rough. Mandatory overtime and pay/ hours are non negotiable.
