- nepotism from management - Mean girls club. - Bullying - Everyone held to separate standards -Lack of knowledge within management -favoritism at a whole different level - lack of integrity - Unethical practice’s are out of control. - The hide so much from Anja and really treat her like she is dumb and not to mention what they say behind her back. - Premier Access Veterans ( bully management and are mean and unethical and often act to a sense of entitlement). Not to mention abuse thier company CC CARDS for personal use. - Premier Access Veterans lack of work and can often be found shopping or at spas or out and about during work hours. - the fact that you loose key employees who always over succeeded and that didn’t set off red flags???? - lack of integrity -lack of process

-Training- none. Expectation is that you jump right in. Never even presented with a job description. -Infrastructure- it's crumbling. Company branched off from Mother company and the needs are bigger than the team. -Management means well in the big picture and on paper- in the big picture- it's the blind leading the blind -"Orientation"- little to none. No HR orientation, day 1 Tech orientation , then you are expected to fly.
