The company is headed in the wrong direction. Because of the private equity ownership structure, they are looking to grow the company as much as they can to eventually sell. There isn't a future and your role could be eliminated at any time. Leadership is full of private equity/board of director team members who are only concerned with cutting costs. There is absolutely no culture despite failed attempts to make it appear culture is important.

Leadership is non existence and nepotism is how you move up.
