Pros
I love many things about my job, but these are the best: my coworkers, my supervisor, my ability to work remotely, the actual day-to-day work, the feeling that I'm making a difference, the flexibility of my schedule should I need to take care of something personal. But the best part is the diversity. This place has people of every age and ethnicity. (I have never seen any racism here, but I can't speak to someone else's experience. I think it's more likely that he or she performed poorly and was just looking for someone else to blame.)
Cons
Sometimes our expertise is ignored when an executive has a different opinion, and there is a tendency toward micro-management sometimes. The pay increases could be better. Communication and planning could use some improvement, too.
